We will again have two levels of participation. We will have 450 tickets for sale at the $100.00 level and 75 tickets for sale at the $35.00 level. The following explains what you get for your donation.
$100.00 Super Ticket - (Sold out last year!)
This banquet/raffle ticket combo includes your country style all-you-can-eat dinner, dessert, soda, beer, fuzzy navels, chips, pretzels, coffee, tea, and lots of fun plus a chance to win one of the many door prizes. Your $100.00 donation also includes a raffle ticket that allows you the opportunity to win any of Thirty five guns, five bows and ten Cash Prizes. That’s a chance at 50 Prizes just for coming, so one out of every ten people who purchase this ticket could win. (Go to Raffles for a complete list of Prizes.) If you are drawn as a winner, we then place your ticket back in the drum for another chance to win again. You also have the option to participate in the table raffles for additional guns and bows plus hundreds of other prizes. As a Bonus you will also receive the 2012 Whitetail Classic Patch. It is ninth in the series of commemorative collector patches for the Whitetail Classic.
$35.00 Dinner Ticket –
This level of donation includes your dinner, soda, beer, fuzzy navels, etc. You are also included in the door prizes and have the option to participate in the table raffles for additional guns and bows plus hundreds of other prizes but not in the Super Raffle for the 50 prizes.
“Early Bird Appreciation” Raffle (Special Bargain drawing) –
To show our appreciation for your generous financial support we are going to hold an “Early Bird Special Deal”. For all of you who play the games and want to save some money, here’s the deal. Don’t wait until the night of the banquet to purchase your table and game tickets. Just send us an additional $100.00 before January 15, 2012* and we will give you triple the tickets (that’s right, 300 tickets) for the tables and games. (Remember, there were 20 guns and bows on the gaming tables last year.) Wait, we’re not done! We are also going to give you five (5) “Early Bird raffle tickets” to include you in a special raffle for five (5) additional guns for being an Early Bird. These are top quality guns, no “junk”. It doesn’t matter if you buy a $35 Dinner Ticket or the $100 Super Ticket. This is an Early Bird appreciation “special” open to everyone who purchases a banquet ticket. We must receive your check of one hundred dollars before January 15, 2012 to be eligible for the bonus tickets and bonus gun drawing.
