You must submit a name, address with zip code, and phone number for each ticket ordered. The tickets will be sent to the individual’s personal address as will all future correspondence. Periodic updates of prizes and activities as well as a reminder of the banquet will be sent to all individuals. Remember, only 525 tickets are sold for this event and only those individuals purchasing banquet tickets are eligible to win the hundreds of prizes raffled off that evening.
